In this series of tutorials, we will learn how to create a holiday broadcast opener in a full pipeline from CINEMA 4D to After Effects path using CINEWARE as a bridge between softwares. We begin by modeling and texturing our assets in CINEMA 4D as an introduction to the software for people who are wanting to try this new software that now comes with their After Effects Creative Cloud subscription. After finishing our asset creation in CINEMA 4D, we move onto our compositing in After Effects. We work back and forth between the two software using cameras, lights, and adding compositing tags to the CINEMA 4D project to achieve our desired look in After Effects. We reach a point that we need to do a pre-render of the CINEMA 4D aspects of the project, but after the render is complete, we continue to composite on top of the render with lightning speed. This tutorial will give you a complete insight into the pipeline that is possible with CINEWARE. If you have experience in After Effects and want to begin experiencing the power of CINEMA 4D that you now have, this is the course for you. Watch and learn how to begin your journey of becoming a compositor and a 3D artist.

In this CINEMA 4D tutorial, we will provide you with a good understanding of how to work within CINEMA 4D. You will learn from several of the instructors here at Digital-Tutors, as we go through many of the major parts of the software, and help you become a more effective CINEMA 4D artist. We will begin our training by exploring the user interface, and discussing a number of features and concepts that will be very important to know as we start to delve deeper into the software. From this point, we will walk step-by-step through the process of modeling and texturing our own futuristic flying vehicle using CINEMA 4D and the built-in BodyPaint texturing suite. We will also guide you through the entire process of rigging this vehicle for movement, and then animating the takeoff and flying sequence for this project. From there, we will learn how to use the standard CINEMA 4D particle system to create realistic steam for the refueling hose of our aircraft, and we will guide you through the process of setting up the lights, shadows, and using many rendering features in CINEMA 4D to finish out this whole project. Finally, we will finish this CINEMA 4D tutorial by taking you through MoGraph, an extremely powerful toolset in CINEMA 4D that will allow you to create highly complex, very detailed motion graphics with minimal effort.

CINEMA 4D Studio's character tools make it easy to create character rigs and advanced character animations. Adding hair or fur to characters is fast and simple with a powerful suite of hair tools that let you grow, comb, style and animate. The physics engine, which has been overhauled in R12, makes it simple to perform complex collisions and interaction between objects, be it a few or thousands. Network rendering allows you to take advantage of all computers on your network to help render your animations faster.
Despite being for advanced 3D, the extra tools found in Studio are still designed to be user-friendly and intuitive. Generating advanced 3D effects such as hair is surprisingly easy and fast, with CINEMA 4D doing much of the hard work for you. For example, hair will automatically swoosh and sway as you move your character around; and making thousands of objects collide with each other only takes a few mouse clicks to set up.
CINEMA 4D Studio lets you unleash your creativity and enjoy 3D without limits.
